Porn stars are normal people. While they do spend a lot of time in the limelight, they have their own problems, just like we all have had problems. This means that every so often, you are going to be ending up with an arrested pornstar. Unlike most of us, a lot of these arrested pornstars will have their arrest constantly following them, even if the charges were subsequently dropped.

The following are the 21 hottest arrested pornstars:

Tory Lane

She got started in the porn business in 2004, being one of the few women that Peter North personally scouted. She has starred in over 600 videos, so he made a damn good pick there. Tory Lane’s arrest happened in 2015 on a Delta Airlines flight. Apparently, she assaulted some of the flight crew on the flight. She was removed and, ultimately, arrested for the fiasco.

There seems to be no information about what happened after this arrest on the level of a criminal charge. However, we can tell you that one of the people she assaulted on the plane sued here. At the time of writing, nothing seems to have been mentioned about any claim that the flight attendant made. However, unless she was seriously injured, and we doubt that she was because it would have made the news, she probably wouldn’t have received that much money anyway.

Asia Carrera

Asia Carrera is one of the most popular names in the adult film industry. She’s an actress, writer, and director, as well as a multitalented individual who does work outside the industry. And it’s no wonder why she’s so popular; as one of the hardest-working women in show business, Asia Carrera has been featured in over 250 hard-core adult films. That’s a lot of sex! However, 2015 was an unkind year for porn stars, as Asia would be arrested for drunk driving after taking her daughter to school. Her mug shot was less than flattering.

Interestingly, unlike most DUIs, Asia wasn’t driving or even in her vehicle when the arrest took place. Instead, she took her daughter to school, found a comfy-looking couch in the building, and passed out. The police found her there, reeking of alcohol, and decided to wake her. After regaining consciousness, she confessed that she’d heavily driven her daughter to school under the influence. She then attempted to flee. Of all the ways to get a DUI, passing out on a couch in a high school seems the most unlikely, but Miss Carrera managed to pull it off wonderfully.

Dakota Skye

You will probably notice on this page that a couple of porn stars have managed to get themselves arrested for domestic violence—some claim in self-defense, which we can believe, while others do not. Dakota Skye is one of those ladies that seem to fall squarely into the ‘not so much’ category. She allegedly used her phone a little bit too much for her boyfriend’s liking.

He asked her to leave his home because it was probably pissing him off. She decided to hit him, leaving him with a lip injury. As far as we can tell, she never tried to claim self-defense; she was just irritated that somebody asked her to leave home after the sex. It was a bit of a fall from grace for Dakota Skye. A few years ago, AVN named her as one of the people to watch in the porn business.

Cameron Diggs

Many of us are quite familiar with female porn stars, as men are usually less visual and less featured just by the very nature of the industry. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t a fair share of male adult film stars with crazy antics and interesting tales of debauchery and chaos when they’re off the set. Timothy Harper, known professionally as Cameron Diggs, arguably outdoes them all in weirdness. First and foremost, he’s a gay porn star covered in white supremacist and neo-Nazi tattoos—which seems like quite a contradiction.

In 2017, Harper was arrested in a meth ring bust in which SWAT team members descended upon his apartment. He was one of four people arrested, possessing a massive 1.6 kilograms (3.5 lb) of methamphetamine. Of course, with his Nazi lightning bolt tattoos, iron cross ink, and a prison gang-like image, it’s somewhat unsurprising that he would be involved in a meth ring. Still, it is a bit surprising that he would be a gay adult film star by day and a neo-Nazi drug kingpin by night.

Montana Fishburne

Being the daughter of a famous and well respected actor affords one many opportunities in life. Unfortunately, sometimes they’re taken full advantage of, while other times, they are squandered. Montana Fishburne is the daughter of Laurence Fishburne. She took up quite a different sort of acting than her father.

He has disowned her for her what he refers to as her poor life choices.

She has not only made a career of doing porn, but she has also had numerous brushes with the law. She has been arrested for drunk driving and also for prostitution. She got a plea deal to enter a work program after the charge of prostitution. It’s not often that you hear of someone coming from a life of privilege getting into adult films.

This lady did have a considerable amount of issues over the course of her life. This culminated in her being arrested for a DUI, something which seems to be common among arrested pornstars. Oh, but the DUI wasn’t the end of it.

She decided that during the arrest, she would pee on the officers. This was all captured on camera. As far as we can tell, she never actually went to prison for these issues. Instead, she committed herself to rehab, where she hopefully got the treatment that she needed.

Jenna Jameson

Jenna Jameson is one of the biggest names in the world of porn. But, of course, that didn’t stop her from being arrested. When she was arrested, the amount of fame only amplified her case. Although, that is probably because she wasn’t arrested just once in her life, but twice. Her first arrest was for a DUI. However, under a year later, she ended up being arrested for battery.

We aren’t quite sure what happened in the battery case. It seems to have fallen off the internet. However, by all accounts, Jenna Jameson claimed that somebody broke into her home (a friend) and attacked her. She said it was only self-defense. We assume that this is how it ended up, because Jenna Jameson was serving a suspended sentence at the time for her DUI, and we probably would have heard if she had gone into prison.

David Meza

This next arrest is one of the heaviest on the list. It is a bizarre story, to say the least. David Maza is a gay porn star. He and his pregnant girlfriend, Taylor Langston, plotted to kill his millionaire lover. It has all the makings of a lifetimes movie, except that it was 100% real. In 2015, the pair took David’s Texan lover to a resort in Mexico, not far from the US border.

They were seen exiting their room at separate times over their stay. Times that corroborate with the stabbing murder of Jake Merendino.

Within a few days, the body of Jake Merendino, David’s lover, was discovered on the side of a road, and the man had been nearly decapitated.

Meza had a will in his possession, supposedly written by Merendino on hotel stationary, with him as the sole beneficiary of the millionaire’s fortune and estate.

Meza was caught and convicted of murder and was sentenced to life in prison, and Langston got 20 years for obstruction of justice.

Marilyn Chambers

Of course, not all arrests on this list are rock-bottom moments that the person in cuffs ends up deeply regretting. Sometimes, getting arrested is necessary for the advancement of society and for the advancement of certain industries or even ideas. The arrest of Marilyn Chambers is no different.

In 1985, during her live, full-frontal nudity show, Chambers was interrupted mid-performance and arrested by the San Francisco police. With the ubiquitous nature of porn today being streamed into pretty much every household (whether we want to admit it or not), it’s hard to imagine a time when adult films, live shows or posing naked were arrestable offenses. Instead, chambers were charged with lewd conduct, the first arrest of her life for anything at all. It was a battle for the future of adult entertainment, and Miss Chambers took one for the team and kept going.

Bruno Knight

Based on this list, you’d think there’s possibly a connection between meth and gay porn stars. For example, Bruno Knight, whose real name is Phillip Gizzie, was arrested in 2014 by U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents while attempting to board a plane from the United States to the United Kingdom, as he attempted to smuggle 0.2 kilograms (0.5 lb) of methamphetamine in his anus.

Most people find flights extremely uncomfortable by default, which begs the question of why on earth anyone would want to intentionally endure an international flight of hours upon hours, in one of the most uncomfortable seats imaginable, all with the discomfort of having drugs shoved in their anus?

John Curtis Holmes

Known better as simply John Holmes, or by his stage name Johnny Wadd, John Curtis Holmes was arguably the first male porn star. With a massive tool to rocket his career into stardom, he quickly became involved in the LA scene of the crime, guns, pornography, and, of course, drugs. After his heyday in the adult film industry in the 1970s, drugs had ravaged Holmes, robbing him of his ability to perform or work by 1980. Eventually, Holmes would be forced to turn to petty crime to support himself (and his habits), namely carjacking, burglary, and drug dealing.

Holmes’s personal problems would eventually come to a head when he was implicated and arrested for the Wonderland murders, a retaliatory set of killings allegedly conspired by drug kingpin Eddie Nash. The floor of the grim crime scene would contain four bodies bludgeoned to death with a steel pipe on the morning of July 1, 1981. It’s fairly certain that the late John Holmes, who died of AIDS in 1988, was involved in the murders.

At this point, it’s not a question of whether Holmes was involved or not, just one of specific details about how. From his fame during the heyday of adult film to his (we can say with a fair degree of certainty) involvement in brutal murders to even his “talent” and endowment that shot him to stardom in the first place, what is sure is that whatever he did, John Holmes definitely did it big.

Jesse Jane

Porn star Jesse Jane made over 100 films in her illustrious 10-year-plus career, although she announced her retirement in 2019. However, her work did garner an induction into the AVN and XRCO Hall of Fame. Unfortunately, notwithstanding her success in one of the most successful adult films ever made—Pirates—Jane also fell prey to the same troubles as others on this list.

She was arrested in early 2020 in Oklahoma for allegedly beating up her boyfriend after a night of drinking. The adult film star, whose real name is Cindy Taylor, is accused of punching her man—still unnamed—in the face, giving him a bloody eye, and biting his hand during an argument. The couple was drinking when they started feuding. The argument escalated when Jane threw the man’s medication—which she thought were steroids—into the garbage, police said. Then, when he confronted her, she allegedly snapped and attacked him.

Police arrested Jane and charged her with domestic violence. This was not Jane’s first run-in with the law, though. In November 2018, she was busted for public intoxication. After the arrest, she claimed she was drugged when police found her soaked in her own urine in Norman, Oklahoma.

Stormy Daniels

If you haven’t been keeping up with the porn world, then this may be the first name that you recognize on this list. This is because she was in the news a lot between 2016 and 2020. This is all down to the fact that Donald Trump allegedly had an affair with her, and tried to pay her off so she didn’t speak about it.

Her arrest actually stems from that case. When that whole fiasco was in full swing, she was performing in a club where she was arrested for being too lewd. It was claimed that the arresting officers were arresting her as pay back for what she did to Trump. The charges ended up being dropped.

Lana Rhoades

Lana Rhoades is a bit different from some of the other porn stars on this list. This is because nobody in the world of porn cared about her that much when her arrests happened. She hadn’t entered the industry at that time. In fact, it is apparently entering the industry that saved her life. We cannot verify her arrest details, but Lana Rhoades claimed that she was arrested a whopping 20 times for various drug related offenses. As near as we can tell, she wasn’t arrested again once she entered the porn business.

Nacho Vidal

Probably the most unique arrest on this list so far. Nacho Vidal was arrested for manslaughter. Bad, but seems fairly normal, right? Well, nope. You see, this manslaughter charge involved some sort of weird toad venom ritual where he accidentally poisoned somebody with a toad.

This is a case that seems to be ongoing. We cannot see Nacho Vidal getting any prison time, but it certainly is one of the craziest porn arrests we have ever seen in the porn business, if we can exclude the Wonderland Murders, that may or may not have happened by the guy they claimed.

Mercedes Carrera

Carrera, 38, and her husband Jason Whitney aka Daemon Cins, 45, were arrested in February 2019 for sexually abusing a child. The couple has been charged with 10 counts of sexual penetration or oral sex with a minor below 10 years of age. They are also facing charges for subjecting the child to sexual intercourse and sodomy.

Aside from the sexual abuse of a female child, the couple was also arrested on charges of meth possession as well as keeping loaded guns at home. They were arrested from their home in Rancho Cucamonga in California in February 2019, after the local police received information about the alleged abuse in January 2019.

The alleged victim was later identified by Carrera and by the District Attorney as Carrera’s daughter from a previous relationship. Carrera and the child’s father were estranged over custody issues at the time of the allegations, which the child made in the presence of her father and a male police officer from the local precinct.

Ron Jeremy

Where do you begin with Ron Jeremy? This guy was a complete legend in the porn business. There are people that will say he is still a legend. He is one of the most recognizable of porn stars. However, Ron Jeremy is going to be banged up for the rest of his life. He has had hundreds of sexual assault accusations thrown at him.

Apparently, he was sexually abusing people at porn conventions that took photos with him, etc. Once one person came out, the entirety of the people that he abused started to talk about what he put them through too. This guy’s issues are only just starting. The case has yet to go to court properly but, by all accounts, he is looking at multiple life sentences. Since the guy was knocking on a bit anyway, we can’t see him being a free man ever again in his life.

Teanna Trump

Other than the murderers on this list, Teanna Trump seems to be the only person that has served time in prison. She stayed in there for 180-days after she was caught smoking marijuana. Probably not the worst case out of all of these arrested porn stars, but it happened.

Yes. This was her only arrest. But, by all accounts, while she was arrested for smoking marijuana, she did have the intention to distribute it too, which is probably the main reason why she ended up becoming part of the prison system.

Aubrey Gold

She is the first female murderer on this list. She was charged with shooting her boyfriend and then burying him in a shallow grave.

So, y’know, your typical murder of passion story. At least she didn’t behead him like the previous murderer, we guess. By all accounts, she didn’t carry out the murder alone. Two other people were charged alongside her. As with most murderers, this wasn’t the first arrest on her record. She was also arrested 6 times prior to this, mostly for minor crimes.

Johnny Rapid

We are getting into the crazy side of things now. Well, actually, downright sad ones. First, Johnny Rapid beat his girlfriend. Now, this would be bad in a normal situation. However, things get worse. He ended up beating his girlfriend to death because his girlfriend refused to convince a 14-year-old girl to have sex with him.

Purely sickening. He only stayed in jail for a single day, and he is now back and active in the porn industry. We are not quite sure how he managed to do this, because the guy has been known for assaulting various people for a long time now.

Sunny Dae

Sunny is a lady that is now serving 40-years in prison for murder. It all happened at a sex party where she apparently beat in another partygoer’s head with a sledgehammer after stabbing him. She then had sex close to the corpse.

So, y’know, some pretty bad shit went down at that party. She did have sex with the guy before she took part in beating him to death, though. The person she was with is in prison for life, but we do not see Sunny Dae ever leaving the prison system. The crime was heinous. They stole $6,000 from the guy that they beat to death too, which appears to be the motivation for the crime.

Kelsey Michaels

Kelsey Michaels, was arrested, and charged with murdering her roommate. According to testimony from her November preliminary hearing, both Kelsey Michaels and her roommate LeeAnna Brumley had been staying with 55-year-old Gerald Avalon Hendricks of Shady Grove Road in Science Hill.

On May 22, there had reportedly been an issue with Brumley’s health. So rather than take Brumley to the hospital, Gerald Avalon Hendricks had a relative — Corky Lee Hendricks, 40, of Anderson Valley Lane — take her to a farm on Hendricks Road.

Gerald Avalon Hendricks followed in a separate vehicle with Kelsey Michaels.

Once the four met back up at the farm, according to testimony, Kelsey Michaels shot Brumley with a sawed-off shotgun, reportedly on orders from Gerald Avalon Hendricks.
